The Role:

Providing a customer friendly professional security presence to a marina based retail and leisure destination, whilst ensuring the safety and security of the client’s buildings and assets. As a customer services officer, you will need an SIA DS license, (CCTV also preferred) and be immaculately presented, polite and proactive when engaging with customers and tenants to ensure the complete experience is provided.

Responsibilities include:

Regular site patrols

Completion of scheduled checks as requested

Reporting and managing defects and incidents relating to site

Managing and monitoring the control room, CCTV and access to the Service Roads

Logging all visitors and contractors on site

Dealing with customer enquiries in a prompt and effective manner

Assisting with various events and activities

Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, nights and Bank Holidays as part of a normal working rota.
