2010 saw the launch of the first ever Port Solent Open Kitchen, where guests were invited behind the scenes of their favourite restaurants to get up close and personal with some of our wonderful chefs. The weekend’s festivities also included a visit from Hampshire Farmers’ Markets, live outdoor cookery demonstrations and live entertainment.
